Amplify Garage started in a backyard in Oakland — a few riders fixing each other's scooters and dreaming about what a real PEV community could look like. Today we're the Bay Area's home for electric vehicle culture.
How It Works
Our model is simple: repairs fund everything. When you bring us your broken scooter or worn-out EUC, the repair fee goes directly into community programming — free workshops, group rides, race events, and maker meetups.
We don't take outside funding or run ads. The community sustains itself. Every wrench turn supports the next rider who shows up to learn.
Our technicians ride what they fix. They're community members first, mechanics second. That means honest diagnostics, fair pricing, and advice you can trust.

Everything we do is funded by and built for the community. Repair revenue goes straight back into free events, workshops, and resources.

We share what we learn — repair guides, teardown videos, and mod documentation are all open source. Rising tides lift all rides.
