By accessing or using the Amplify Garage website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Community Events

Amplify Garage organizes community events including group rides, workshops, races, and maker meetups. By participating in any event, you acknowledge:

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
• You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your equipment.
• Appropriate protective gear is required for all riding activities.
• You will follow all applicable traffic laws and event rules.

3. Repair Services

Repair services are provided on a best-effort basis by community volunteer technicians. By submitting a device for repair:

• You confirm you own or have authorization to repair the device.
• You understand that repair outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
• Amplify Garage is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues discovered during repair.
• Unclaimed devices may be disposed of after 30 days.

4. Donations

Donations are voluntary and used to fund community programming. All donations are non-refundable. Amplify Garage is a community organization; donations may not be tax-deductible. Consult a tax advisor for guidance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Amplify Garage and its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in events, use of repair services, or any other community activities. Participation is at your own risk.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
